Managu/osuga. Managu (leaves of solanum psedocapsicum) is known as Osuga by the Luo community. Managu/osuga instructions

Wash the veges and cut them.

Steam for two minutes(they were soft).

Drain the water. Fry the onions until they are translucent and add the diced tomatoes..

Add the veges and salt to taste. Crumble the Maggie cube.
