This is a Satvik (purity/simple) version of curry where you do not purée spinach and use as less spices as you can to enjoy the flavors of both spinach and paneer.

You can have Satvik paneer using 15 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Satvik paneer

  1. Prepare 125 gms of paneer.

  2. It’s 200 gms of tomato or 1/2 cup tomato puree.

  3. It’s 1 tsp of ketchup.

  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of cashewnut with 1" ginger in 1/4 cup water.

  5. You need 4 tbsp of oil.

  6. You need 3/4 tsp of degi Mirchi powder.

  7. You need 1/4 tsp of haldi.

  8. You need 1 tsp of special masala.

  9. You need 3 tbsp of cream or malai.

  10. You need 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.

  11. You need 1 tsp of dhania powder.

  12. It’s 1 tbsp of kasori methi.

  13. Prepare 1/4 cup of milk.

  14. It’s 1/2 tsp of bhuno jeera powder.

  15. Prepare to taste of Salt.

  5. Add paneer pieces to the Gravy. Serve in a bowl. Sprinkle bhuna jeera powder…

Put Heeng (asafoetida), cumin seeds (jeera) & grated ginger to the hot oil.
