Make puree of palak and pudina keep aside now take a bowl add 2 tbsp besan and chopped onion and tomato.

Add green puree,water if need to make like Dosa batter,add salt,1tsp of dhanajeera powder,1/2 tsp of red chillies powder mix it well keep aside,now take another bowl put 2 tbsp of besan,1 tsp chopped onion and tomato also 1 tsp and red chillies, dhanajeera powder mix it well.

Take another bowl put 2 tbsp of besan, turmeric powder,red chillies powder,salt dhanajeera water mix it well to make Dosa batter.

Heat Dosa tawa add 2 tbsp of oil then cut the slice in triangle dip in palak batter then on tawa, take another slice of bread dip in beetroot mix then put on tawa take another slice of bread dip in turmeric besan mix dip and put on tawa roast both sides do the same process of all bread its ready to serve..
