  1. Mix whole wheat flour, salt, ajwain, methi leaves,coriander,and red chilli powder and pickle masala in a bowl or food processor..

  2. Add 1tea spoon hot oil and water knead to make a soft dough..

  3. Cover and keep the dough aside for 15 minutes..

  4. Heat non stick tawa /normal tawa.

  5. Make big lemon size balls from the dough, Roll to make a small circle.

  6. Gently lift the paratha in the hot tawa flip it greased with the help of spoon for 1/2 minuet in one side in medium heat paratha get puffed Flip it over than apply ghee in other side and fry until golden browned dots appear both the sides. Serve hot with any curry / dry sabji.
