In a kadai,heat oil,add onions,green chillies,fry till translucent,add the tomatoes and fry till soft,add the masalas and fry well,add the boiled chicken Mince,salt to taste,and cook on slow heat for 20 mins till all the masalas blend with the mince,you can add vinegar its optional.

,Now make small balls of the mashed potato in hand add the mince filling and shape like round balls,dip each ball in beaten egg, coat with rava and shallow fry till golden brown..
