You need 6 pcs of Fish (cleaned & washed).

Prepare 4 tbsp of mustard oil.

Prepare 1/2 cup of flatten rice.

Phulkopi,chidebhaja,kadaisuti diye Katla mach step by step

Wash & clean the Katla fish pieces properly & then marinate them with turmeric powder & salt..

Heat mustard oil in a kadai & lightly fry the marinated fish pieces, keep aside..

Fry the cauliflower florets & potatoes in the remaining oil & keep aside..

Now temper the oil with nigella seeds, green chillies(splitted), green cardamom, bay leaf..
-
Add the sliced onions & cook until the onion turned into a translucent texture..

Now add chopped tomato, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, sugar, salt,turmeric powder & cook till the mixture release oil..

Add little water in between.Add fried cauliflower florets,potatoes & green peas & mix it well..

Add 4 cups warm water & give it a boil.Add the fried fishes & cook on low flame till the potatoes & cauliflower florets are softened..

In between dip fry the flattened rice..

Add the fried flattened rice with the fish curry & cook for another 1,2 mints..

Add ghee & switch off the flame..

Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves & transfer it to a serving plate.Serve it with hot steamed rice..
