You need 1 of can seshebo mix tomato and chilli.

Prepare of Garlic and herb spice (ina paarman).

You need of Braai spice (ina paarman).

You need 100 ml of Tomato sauce.

It’s 60 ml of Musterd.

It’s 1 of grated onion.

You need 2 of eggs.

Prepare of Robertsons barbeque spice.

It’s of Robertsons mixed herbs.

Prepare of Robertson steak and chops spice.

You need of Chutney.

It’s of Tomato paste.

Prepare of Salt.

You need of Black pepper.

I make Martha's spaghetti sauce recipe from her "Comfort Food" cookbook with San Marzanos from our summer garden.
I keep it in the freezer and it was outstanding with the meatballs.
Please don't wipe out the pan. the oil, in which the meatballs were cooked, is what flavors the tomatoes and makes the sauce!
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.

To make your mince balls you need to grate some onion in, add 2 eggs, add tomato paste, add tomato sauce, add mustard sauce, add all spices as per ingredients list. Add wochtersauce. Make little round meat balls and place them in pan. Oven at 200 and bake them in oven for about 45min. After 45min you can add the Meatballs sauce bake for extra 15min..

Meatballs sauce : Mix the all gold tomato and garlic doyler pack together with the ina paarman sundried tomato sachet. Add the seshebo tomato and chilli can. Pour sauce over meatballs.

Cook your Spagetti for about 15 to 20 min just until its dente..

Mix together. Very delicious😁.

Grated cheese is only optional..
Crumble the meat over mixture and mix well.
While the meatballs are cooking, bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.
Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente.
Drain, then toss with the sauce and meatballs.
Transfer the spaghetti and meatballs to serving bowls and top with fresh chopped basil and more grated cheese.
