You need as needed of Oil for frying.
Add a tablespoon of Malai (Fresh Cream) and some milk to the gravy and boil the same till oil comes to the surface.
Pestle ajwain, transfer to a bowl, add all-purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper powder along with water and mix it to a thick batter.
Now dip the paneer pieces in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil.

For paneer gravy… Chop tomatoes roughly.. put it in a jar add green chillies and cashew and grind it finely. Put a pan on gas and add little oil.. now add chopped onion and fry it then add Ginger garlic paste and cook now add the tomato puree.. cook it until oil separate…

Add red chilli powder coriander powder and haldi powder and mix now add garam masala. And cook for 2 mins..

Add little water and adjust consistency. Add paneer and salt as per your taste..

Cover it and cook for 100 min on medium flame. Its ready.

For Puri. Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt and ajwain and Knead soft dough..

Cover it and rest for 10 min. Now divide into small balls. And make Puri.. and fry them in hot oil. Serve it with tomato paneer gravy…
