Recipe: Tasty Suya Noodles Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Suya Noodles. You can be sure of nutrients with the vegetables and protein from suya. You can use this recipe for chicken suya noodle stir fry, you can also Substitute noodles with rice or pasta. My Nigerian brother-in-law introduced me to beef suya, a very spicy street food that's popular in western Africa.

Smoky and nutty with a welcome heat, this homemade spice blend defines one of West Africa's most wildly popular street foods - the suya meat skewer.

It's easy to create - simply blend peanuts and seasonings until fine and crumbly in the food processor.

You can have Suya Noodles using 5 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Suya Noodles

  1. Prepare 1 of small pack of indomie chicken flavour.

  2. It’s of Suya.

  3. You need 1 tsp of vegetable oil.

  4. You need 2 pound of red pepper.

  5. It’s of Spring onions.

Use as a rub on chicken wings or your favorite grilled meats and veggie skewers.

Mix into marinades, sauces and dressings or sprinkle.

Nigerian suya is a very popular Nigerian street food snack.

It is simply skewered meats covered with a spicy peanut spice mix and roasted to perfection.

Suya Noodles instructions

  1. Boil water(enough to cook) in pot on fire, add the oil and pepper.

  2. Put in the indomie noodle and its seasoning, stir.

  3. Add the suya, cover for 2 minute.

  4. Add in your chopped spring onions and stir, cover and allow for water to dry.

  5. Ready to serve.
