But when cooked correctly, liver can make up part of a delicious and healthy meal.

Chicken livers are loaded with vitamins like B, A and folate.

Ingredients of Chicken Liver & Sausage Noodles

  1. It’s 1 pack of indomie.

  2. Prepare 2 of chicken liver.

  3. It’s 2 of sausages cooked.

  4. It’s Pinch of salt.

  5. It’s 1 tsp of cumin.

  6. It’s 1 tsp of chili flakes.

  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of black pepper.

  8. Prepare of Dhania.

  9. You need of Green bell pepper.

The first thing you want to do is soak the chicken livers in milk or lemon juice for a few hours or overnight.

This will help to get rid of some of the strong "liver" taste.

After soaking the livers, drain the liquid and pat dry with a towel.

The next step is very important.

  1. Boil indomie 3 minutes, drain water set aside.

  2. Add chopped chicken liver to pan, fry until crispy.

  3. Add onions and fry until golden.

  4. Add sausage, fry few minutes.

  5. Add salt, cumin and chili flakes.

  6. Add indomie to pan, add green bell pepper mix well.

  7. Sprinkle dhania (cilantro) toss few seconds.

  8. Serve.
