If you need a dipping sauce to accompany the appetiser, here goes: Stir-fried Iceberg Lettuce & Prawns with Garlic & Chilli.
The crunchy Lettuce such as Cos Lettuce and Iceberg Lettuce are great for cooking.
I add it to my 'Prawn & Egg Fried Rice' and soups.
This is a super easy stir-fry dish.
The Iceberg Lettuce looks totally wilted, doesn't it?
