Clean and descaled the fish add little turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt and keep aside for 5 mins..

Grind together tomatoes, onions,cumin seeds, peppercorns and cloves,make a smooth paste and keep aside.

Take a pan add oil heat it.Now add the onion and tomato paste.
