Ingredients of Samak cheela

  1. You need 1 bowl of Sama ke chawal.

  2. Prepare 1/2 glass of water.

  3. You need to taste of Senda namak.

  4. It’s To taste of Salt.

  5. It’s 4-5 pieces of Few chopped paneer.

  6. Prepare As needed of Desi ghee for frying cheela..

  11. You need 50 gm of finely chopped paneer.

  12. You need 1/2 tsp of finely chopped coriander leaves and green chilli.

  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of desi ghee.

Samak cheela instructions

  1. Sama ke chabal ko 30mins ke liye soak kar dijiye…

  2. Mixer jaar mein chabal and water add kar ke smooth paste ready kar kijiye..bowl mein trasfer kijiye and salt add kar ke 20mins ke liye covered kar dijiye.

  3. Ab hm stuffing ready krenge… Ek pan mein ghee garamkijiye..black paper add kijiye and all ingredients mix krenge and 2 mins ke liye fry krenge and aside rakh denge…

  4. Taba garamkijiye..big spoon ki help se better ko gumaate huye failaiye..ghee spread kijiye and turn kijiye.. filling kijiye..and fold kijiye..plate mein transfer kijiye and garamgaramcoriander lemon chutney ke saath serve kijiye..injoy…
