Take a deep pot keep water for boiling. Once it gets boiled add washed Macaroni pasta into it and cook for 10 minutes. In between after 5 minutes add 1 TSP oil and salt into it and mix it.

After 10 minutes strain it in a colander and set aside.

Take a non-stick kadai or pan add butter and heat it in a low flame. Once gets heat add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.once it gets translucent add chilli ginger garlic crushed into it and saute till raw smell goes of.

Add other vegetable like carrot beans cabbage into it saute it and close the lid for 2 minutes(here I have grinded vegetables in small mixer jar) coarsely..

Now add other spices like cumin seeds, ajwain, coriander seeds, red chilli powder salt and cook in low flame for 2 minutes closing lid.add half cup water to get cooked everything. Do Not add more water.

Once smells comes of all veggies add Macaroni pasta into it and cook for more 5 to 10 minutes in low flame..

Once everything gets cooked. Close the lid and rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes. Serve Macaroni pasta into the plate and grate cheese into it and serve it. Serve Hot!.
