  1. You need 3 piece of Climbing Fish (Koi fish).

  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of cooking oil.

  3. It’s 1 stick of cinnamon stick.

  4. Prepare 2 of green cardamom.

  5. You need 1 of large onion paste.

  6. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  8. You need 2 tsp of Kashmiri red powder.

  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of green chilli paste.

  10. It’s 1 tsp of sugar.

  11. Prepare to taste of Salt.

  12. You need 1 cup of fresh orange juice.

  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.

Add oil to heated pan, let the fish fry over hot oil.

Fry them till it's light golden brown and keep them aside ina.

Add some more oil to same heated pan, and then add cinnamon stick, Cardamom and fry them.

Add whole cumin seeds, bay leaf, and red chilly in same oil.

  1. Add turmeric and salt to fish and marinate for 10minutes..

  2. Add oil to heated pan, let the fish fry over hot oil..

  3. Fry them till its light golden brown and keep them aside ina..

  4. Add some more oil to same heated pan, and then add cinnamon stick, Cardamom and fry them..

  5. Add onion paste and fry it for few seconds, then add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Fry till the raw smell is gone..

  6. Then add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Fry the mashala till oil separate..

  7. Add sugar and mix it well, now put the fried fish into the cooking pan, add 2tblspn water and cover it for 2minutes in medium flame..

  8. Now add orange juice to it in low flame, do not boil. Add sliced green chillies..

  9. Add garam masala powder and mix it well..

  10. Then cover it for 3minutes after switch off the flame..

  11. And its ready to serve after adding orange slices into it..

  12. Koi Komola now ready to served with hot rice.
