As for the meatballs I made some changes but they came out pretty well.
I substituted matzo meal for breadcrumbs and soymilk for skim milk.

Preheat oven 400°F.

Plop meat in large mixing bowl dump in 1/4 cup of your milk,1 of your eggs, onion soup mix, garlic sage salt and pepper.

Mix them all together like you would meat loaf.

In a separate bowl dump in the left over 1/4 cup milk and mix in your last egg.

In another separate bowl mix your bread crumbs with parmesan.

Place foil or no stick spray on cookie sheet…

Roll meat ball mixture into a ball..then roll into egg and milk mix and lastly into Panko parmesan mix.

Space them about an inch apart and bake for ten minutes.

Flip them all over and bake for about 5 more or until meat thermometer reads correct temperature.
