  1. Tamam vegetables ko kaat lein..

  2. Chanay ki daal ko half hour ke liye bheega dein..

  3. Masoor ki daal ko b bheega dein..

  4. Ab soaked ki hoi dal me haldi, taiz paat, daar cheeni dal kar boil kar lein..

  5. Thora namak b dal dein..

  6. Is ke upar ai hoi jhaag (phain) chaan lein..

  7. Daal boil ho jaye to daal ko alag kar lein aur daal ka stock bhi alag kar lein..

  8. Chanay ki daal bht zada soft nai rakhni..

  9. Ik pateelay me oil garamkar ke piyaz light brown kar lein.

  10. Phir isme chopped adrak, chopped lehson dal kar bhaunain.

  11. Phir isme tamater add karen aur galayen..

  12. Tamater ko chamchay ki madad se thora mash karlen.
