Take a pan add 2tsp of oil and roast chana dal and keep it aside….

In same oil add mustard and curry leaves… after that add the girded paste and cook it for 4-5min in slow flame…

At the end add up the fried chana dal and cook for 1 min and switch off the stove…. yummy dosa chutney.
