You need 1 kg of meethi leaves (fenugreek leaves).

You need 1/2 kg of palak leaves.

Prepare 8-10 cloves of Garlic (finely sliced).

Firstly wash meethi 3-4 times, then cut it Heat oil, add cumin, garlic & whole red chilli, fry until garlic turns into golden brown (save half garlic & keep aside).

Then add meethi & palak mix it well & cover for 2 minutes. After 2 min saag/bhaaji release its water then add brinjal & potatoes with seasoning Keep cooking almost 10 minutes..

In the end add green chillies, kasori meethi & mix it well cover & turn off the flame..
