Take regular idly better which is nicely fermented. Add salt turmeric powder and coriander leaves to it.then heat oil and ghee and add mustard seeds..when splutters add all the seasoning ingredients one after other. When dal turns golden brown add that to batter and mix well..

Now steam the idlies in steamer for 10 mints I have made them in mini idli stand any kind of stand can can be used……when done serve with coconut chutney……
