  2. Now heat the frying pan add some mustard oil then add soaked and squeeze soyabeen chunks fry till golden brown now remove the plates keep it a side.

  3. Now again heat the cooker add some mustard oil then add bayleaf, cloves, cinnamon stick,1 black cardamom, cumin tempered it on medium flame.

  4. Now add chopped onions satue it becomes translucent now add prepared paste and chopped tomatoes mix properly now cover and cook on lower flame becomes till all spices leaves the oil now add salt as ur taste stir it.

  5. Now add chunks peas,water as ur required, baking soda closed the lid pressure cook up to 4 whistles now cook on lower flame for 5 min now turn of the flame.

  6. Now lets cool completely open the lid add fried soyabeen chunks mix gently cover and cook for 8 min on lower flame.

  7. Now last garnish some chopped coriander leaf.
