Take a 1/4 of the soft bit and mix it in the drained Tuna fish with a fork.

Next add the crushed garlic and the mayonaise or Sour cream. Add the splash of Balsamic and mix.

Serve for a nice lunch. I decorated the top with some Avocado strips..
