  1. In a pan add 2 table spoon oil, cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger paste,hing, chopped tomatoes,haldi, coriander powder, cumin, salt,kaju paste and sauté for 2 mins..

  2. Add half cup water and stir till boil. After BP lower the heat and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 mins then stir..

  3. After cooling blend the mixture. this is your gravy..

  4. 2 tablespoon oil in a tawa. Heat it. Fry the panner till golden brown from all sides for 7 mins..

  5. Sauté methi in butter in high flamefor a minute and add gravy, stir and add paneer.adf 2 cups water and cook in low flame with a lid on for 5 mins.add cream. Stir for 2 mins cont. Add sowa leaves. ENJOY!.
