We served it with some suya for lunch this past week and it was incredibly delicious. This couscous recipe is almost everything Jollof, the only difference is that, this takes so much of a shorter time to put together.

Couscous jollof instructions

  2. In a pan add little oil, ginger and garlic paste and saute.
