  5. Prepare of Haldee powder (Turmeric powder).

Chikar Choley instructions

  1. In bowl add chickpeas,potato, mashed well and set aside..

  2. In wok add cooking oil,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt,cumin powder, black pepper corns, green cardamom and mix well..

  3. Add yogurt,ginger garlic paste mix well and cook for 2 minutes..

  4. Now add mashed potatoes+chickpeas mix well. Add water and mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add boiled chickpeas and mix well..

  5. Add water and mix well. Add red chilli crushed and mix well. Cover and cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes..

  6. In water add dried mango powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Add it in pot and mix well..
