  1. Wash and Soak ragi for 6 hours.then grind it with little water.Grind well and strain it to take ragi milk..

  2. In pan heat ghee add cashews and fry it for a minute.keep it aside.

  3. In same pan add ragi milk and salt, water.stir it well.add milk.cook in low flame.and then add milk and jaggery.stir it continuosly.

  4. Now add ghee.dry fruit powder.stir it well.cook for 10 min.cook well till it leaves side of pan.after In plate grease ghee.pour ragi halwa.add cashew.cool it and cut it into different shapes..

  5. Healthy finger Millet Ragi cake is ready.

Stir well until the jaggery is well blended with the ragi halwa.

Cover the pan with a lid and switch off the flame.
