  6. Prepare 1-2 stalks of celery finely diced.

  7. You need 1 of medium onion diced.

  8. It’s 1 of small head of cabbage diced.

  9. Prepare 1 of (28)oz whole tomatoes.

  10. Prepare 1 can of tomato juice.

  11. Prepare to taste of salt&pepper.

Instead of tomato soup we would use home canned tomatoes.

We would make a huge canner size pot and freeze.
