  7. Now add cashew nuts and curry leaves and saute, atleast add this tempering in batter and mix well.

  8. Now pour spoonful of this batter into each of the greased idly molds.

  9. Steam in an idly steamer for 10 minutes or till they are cooked.

  10. Reapete with the remaining batter to make more idlies.

  11. Allow the idlies to cool slightly and then demold.

  12. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
