Pav Bhaji… a tasty version of mixed vegetables. You need of Salt as per the taste. Pav Bhaji - a spicy curry of mixed vegetables (bhaji) cooked in a special blend of spices and served with soft buttered pav (bread bun shallow fried in butter), is any Indian food lover's dream. The finger licking taste , buttery flavour with spice blend makes it a demanding food.

Pav Bhaji (Spicy Mixed Vegetable Sandwiches) Pav Bhaji is a mixture of curried vegetables served on buns, like an Indian sloppy Joe.

You can have Pav Bhaji… a tasty version of mixed vegetables using 18 ingredients and 17 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Pav Bhaji… a tasty version of mixed vegetables

  1. It’s 7 pcs of Potato.

  2. You need 9 pcs of Tomatoes.

  3. It’s 2 pcs of Onions.

  4. You need 100 grams of Peas.

  5. You need 1 pc of Green capsicum.

  6. It’s 1.5 - 2 inchs of Ginger.

  7. It’s 8 - 10 cloves of Garlic.

  8. You need 1 - 2 of Fenugreek methi leaves / kasoori spoon.

  9. Prepare 1/8 cup of coriander leaves.

  10. Prepare 5 - 6 tbsps of Butter.

  11. Prepare 3 tbsps of Salt approx.

  12. You need 1 pinch of Turmeric Haldi powder /.

  13. It’s 1 pinch of Hing.

  14. It’s 4 tbsps of Pav Masala bhaji.

  15. Prepare 2 tbsps of chilly red powder.

  16. It’s 1 pcs of Lemon.

  17. It’s 12 pcs of Pav bread bhaji.

  18. You need 2 tsps of oil.

One of the most loved Indian street food is Pav bhaji.

Still, many are in dilemma whether this is healthy or unhealthy food.

Any food prepared with right spices, vegetables, cleanliness and love will turn out to be a healthy choice.

Pav Bhaji… a tasty version of mixed vegetables step by step

  1. Gravy 1.

  2. Sauté finely chopped capsicum in oil add little water till it softens.

  3. Add finely chopped tomatoes - let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes,.

  4. Add boiled mashed potatoes - mix it well.

  5. Add boiled mashed green peas and add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste - keep stirring to mix all the ingredients well.

  6. Add 1 tbsp of red chilly powder and a pinch of turmeric powder/ haldi.

  7. Add a little water and a spoon of butter then after stirring once again add chopped coriander salt  and 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala and let it boil.

  8. Gravy 2.

  9. Take another pan.

  10. Heat 3 tbsp of butter.

  11. Fry finely chopped onions.

  12. Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala, kasoori methi, a pinch of hing.

  13. Add some coriander (optional).

  14. Squeeze 1 lemon.

  15. Mix both the GRAVIES AND MASH it well.

  16. Once it boils and thickens garnish it with coriander and onions and serve it with bread.

  17. Relish it!.
