Wash (3-4 times)and Soak parboiled rice,idli rawa and urad dal separately for 6-8 hours..

First grind soaked urad dal in wet grinder. Then add soaked parboiled rice and grind for few minutes. Then add half of soaked idli rawa..grind again..

Remove grinded idli batter in big vessel. Add remaining soaked idli rawa. Mix well. Cover and leave it for fermentation overnight.(8 hours)..

Next day..add chopped mix Vegetables, cashew nuts pieces,salt, turmeric powder and eno. Mix gently..

Pour laddleful of prepared idli batter in each grease idli mould..

Pressure Cook without whistle..for 12-15 mins. Stand for 5 mins.. before opening the cooker lid..
