How to Make Spicy Indian Noodles.

You can cook Indian noodles using 14 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Indian noodles

  1. You need 100 gm of vermicelli or spaghetti.

  2. You need 2 cups of water.

  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder.

  4. Prepare pinch of turmeric powder.

  5. It’s 1/4 teaspoon of coriander seed powder.

  6. You need 1/4 teaspoon of mix spices (ground blackpeppers, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom).

  7. It’s 1 of onion chopped.

  8. Prepare handful of green peas.

  9. Prepare 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced finely.

  10. You need 1 tablespoon of oil.

  11. It’s to taste of salt.

  12. You need 1 tablespoon of coriander/cilantro.

  13. It’s 1/2 of tomato chopped.

  14. It’s 1/2 of capsicum (green bell pepper) chopped.

Strain the noodles and keep aside.

Boil the green peas, chopped carrots.

Fry the onions transluscent, add chopped tomatoes and fry till the water dries out.

Add the dry powders, boiled vegetables and stir fry.

Indian noodles instructions

  1. Heat a tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for a minute..

  2. Add chopped capsicum, green peas and tomatoes and saute for one more minute..

  3. Add red chili powder, turmeric and coriander seed powder, mixed spices, salt to taste and mix well..

  4. Add 100 gm or a cup of vermicelli and two cup of water. Cover the pan and let it cook for 8-10 minutes..

  5. Its done. Add cilantro and mix well and serve it hot..
