I have been eyeing on this recipe for a very long time.

  1. In a bowl, sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well and set aside..

  2. In another bowl, add melted butter, condensed milk, fresh cream and water. Combine well..

  3. To the wet mixture, fold in the flour mixture and combine well. Let it rest for 5 minutes..

  4. Heat a pan on medium heat. Spray some oil to it and then pour the batter into it. Cook for around 3-4 minutes till bubbles form on the surface and the surface is no longer shiny..

  5. Then flip it over..

  6. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Take the pancake off the pan and its ready to serve..

Finally yesterday i made it and it was delicious.

I tweaked this recipe a little and it turned out one of the fluffiest pancake ever.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface.

Carefully flip pancakes with turner/spatula and cook until golden brown.
