  1. Make a paste of tomatoes green chilli and ginger.

  8. Divide the flour in small equal portion and then roll them in puri and fry them till golden from both the sides and serve it hot with prepared Aloo jhol.

If the dough ball rises steadily and briskly to the top, then the oil is sufficiently hot to fry the pooris.
