  2. It’s 3 of red chillies.

  3. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.

  4. It’s 1 tsp of grated coconut.

  5. Prepare 1 tsp of cooking oil,.

  6. You need of Asafoetida.

Goes best with vathal kuzhambu, rasam.

  1. First fry the dal and chilies with cooking oil..

  2. In a mixer grinder add fried items along with coconut grind into smooth paste..

  3. Parupu thuvayal is ready to taste..

Whenever we have a heavy meal at home or outside, he prefers Paruppu thogayal, sutta Appalam and milagu rasam next day.
