Prepare of Silken tofu.

You need of to 4 Mini yokan.
If you can not get tofu at all, you can mix the rice flour with just water.
I only made white and pink coloured shiratama dango and instead of using dark coloured an (sweet bean paste) for topping, I used condensed milk.
This traditional Japanese sweet can be eaten in a bowl with anko (red bean paste), or jazzed up with some ice cream!

Boil hot water in a deep pot. Knead the shiratamako and tofu together well. Check how it is and knead until it is as soft as earlobes..

Dice the yokan into bite sizes..

Make the yokan the core and dust it with shiratamako. Lay the shiratama ball on a tightly wrung out cloth..

Drop into boiling water. It will float when cooked through. Chill in cold water then it is done..
