  1. Sb se pelhe chutney ke ingredients add kar ke pees le.

  2. Phir baisan ko pehntle achi tarh se koi lums na rahy.pani itna add karein na zada thick ho na thin..

  3. Aik cup me pani rakh le check krne ke liye ke baisan ache se phita hai ya nahi hath se baisan pehnte aur jo cup me pani hai us me tora sa baisan tapka kar dekhe agar baisan niche beth gaya to nahi phita hai ache se agar baisan upar terta hua upar agaya to hamra batter done haišŸ‘.

  4. Pan me oil garam kar le.medium flame par phulkiya banate jaye aik size ki light brown kar le.

  5. Ab aik barton me pani dale usme 1 tbsp salt add krde jo phulkiya bnti jaye is namak wale pani me add krte jaye.

  6. Aik bowl me dahi ko penth le achi tarha phir isme chutney add namak salt add karein half tbsp and then jo phulkiya pani me hai us mese nikal kar pani ko sqeeze krde aur is dahi wale bowl me add ktde.

  7. Isk bd isme tarka laga de zeera sabut lal mirch curry patta aur lahsan se.

  8. Upar se garnish krde piaz hari mirche aur hara dhniya se.
