Ingredients of My Cucumber Caprese Salad

  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.

  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of dried oregano.

  4. It’s 1 tbsp of dried basil.

  5. You need Dash of salt.

  6. Prepare Dash of pepper.

  7. It’s 1 of cucumber peeled, seeds scraped with fork, sliced thin & diced.

  8. You need 8 oz of fresh motzerella or 4 motzerella cheese sticks.

  9. You need 1/2 of white onion, diced.

In a small bowl mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil and a dash of salt and pepper; set aside.

Peel washed cucumber, scrap the seeds with spoon and slice thin and dice.

Add to a medium sized bowl.

Add to the bowl with the cucumbers.

  7. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving..
