It’s 2 tbsp of sugar or jaggery.

Prepare 1/4 tsp of black salt.

You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Take 250 ml of water in a pan. Add 1 tbsp roasted jeera powder to it. Boil it on low to medium flame till the quantity of water becomes little more than half and its colour also changes. Now add 1/4 tsp black salt..

Also add 2 tbsp sugar or Jaggery.Add salt..

Add 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder.Mix well.off the flame and let the mixture cool down to normal temperature..Then add lemon juice.mix it.Keep in fridge to chill..

Before serving strain it.serve ina glass.Add ice cubes.(optional)You can also add soda.Garnish by sprinkling roasted jeera powder on top.serve chilled..
