  1. Dall ko chun Kar bhigo dein phir wash Kar ke us me mirch haldi or salt add karein or achy se gala lein sub ingernds ko ek jgha prpier krlen palak ko cut karein or wash kerlen ab ek khradhi me oil gram karein.

  2. Sat zera or garlic heing or chopped maslae Dal Kar achy se fry karein.

  3. 2-3 minutes cook karein ab Gali hui Dal ko masala me add karein or mix krdn.

  4. Ab cut hua Palak dalen mix karein or cover krden ke achy se palak BHI cook ho jaye.

  5. Ab hara dhniya mix karein or flame off Kar dein ab bhgar Ka oil gram karein or bhgar Lagadein.

  6. Sat me achar or sallad or rice bunna Lein mazedar se Dall palk rice ready.
