The main ingredients of Thekua are wheat flour, chasni (melted sugar) and ghee.

Ingredients of Thekua

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of pure ghee(for moin).

  2. You need 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder.

  3. It’s 1/2 cup of coconut (grated).

  4. You need 1 cup of hot water.

  5. Prepare 400 grams of jaggery grated.

  6. Prepare 500 grams of whole wheat flour.

  7. You need 2 cup of ghee or oil for deep frying.
