  1. It’s 1-1/2 cup of :-vermicelli pasta.

  2. It’s 1 of cup:- chopped carrots.

  3. Prepare 1 of cup:- chopped onions.

  4. It’s 1/2 of cup:- chopped spring onions.

  5. It’s 1/2 of cup:-chopped capsicum.

  6. You need 1 of tsp:- mustard seeds.

  7. It’s 1 of tsp:- Turmeric powder.

  8. Prepare 1 of tsp:- salt.

  9. Prepare 1 of tsp:- garlic powder.

  10. Prepare 1/2 of tsp:- red chilli powder.

Veggie masala vermicelli instructions

  1. Take big pan add 3cups of water and let it boiled now add vermicelli In it and cook for only 1 -2 minutes..

  2. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan add mustard seed and let them papaya after that add chopped carrots, chopped capsicum,chopped onions and sauté them until properly cook..

  3. Now add turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder,and cooked vermicelli and mix them well. Adding garlic powder and chopped spring onions and mix them well..

  4. Now cook it for 1 min and our dish is ready to serve.enjoy it hot..
