  1. Heat the pan take ghee when ghee is heated add besan & suji in it & roast till golden brown in slow flame..

  3. Meanwhile take another pan for making sugar syrup add 1/2 cup sugar & 1/4 cup water in it stir continuously in low flame..

  4. For sugar syrup sugar dissolves completely & it should be 1 string consistency..

  5. When sugar syrup is ready turn the roasted besan mixture in it now add cardomom powder & mix well & turn off the flame..

  6. Immediate turn the mixture into grease plate or any container for setting shape..

  7. Now on top spread desiccated coconut powder & chopped dry fruits over mixture & slowly press it..

  8. Allow to set for 20-30 minutes completely..

  9. Now cut pieces as per you want like diamond or square shape..
