Without gasket and whistle heat pressure cooker for 8-9 mints on high flame. Heat cooker without water..

Sieve all purpose flour,baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt if you r using unsalted butter. But if using salted butter then do not add salt..

In a bowl mix butter and condensed milk with hand blender..

When mixed properly add all purpose flour and soda water in small portion in simultaneously..

Mix the batter properly and carfully. No lumps should remain..

Grease cake tin. And line a parchment paper..

Pour the mixture in cake tin. Tap and remove the air bubbles..

Place the tin in cooker on ring or stand.Close the lid but without gasket and whistle..

Bake for 30-40 mints on a low flame. Insert toothpick and check the cake if is baked toothpick will be clean..

Once cake is baked remove it from pressure cooker. Let it cool completely before icing the cake..

Now cut the cake horizontally..

In a bowl add the cream and icing sugar and beat till gets stif peak..

Moisten the cake with the pineapple juice about 7 to 8 tbsp on each side of the cake, then add the cream mixture then add the pineapple bits and place the other half of the cake on top..

Cover the cake with the remaining cream. Design as per your choice. and can decorate with glazed cherries..
Pour this batter in the cake pan on the pineapple- cherry pieces.
Place the cake pan slowly on the stand in the pressure cooker with the help of tongs.
Remove the gasket (round black ring) and the whistle from the lid of the pressure cooker.
