How to Diet Perfect Curry pakora Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Curry pakora. Make pakoras: Mix pakora ingredients (besan, cumin seeds, onions, green chilli, ginger, turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder, fennel seed, and salt) in a bowl until smooth. Add enough water to make a very thick batter. Fry mixture by tablespoonfuls in hot oil until golden and crispy, then drain on paper toweling.

Take it out in a deep bowl.

Once pakoras are cooked we will add them over the curry.

For the Pakoras: * In a bowl add all the ingredients.

  1. Prepare of gram flour.

  2. You need of yogurt.

  3. It’s of small onion.

  4. Prepare of Salt as required.

Then slowly add in water to form a paste like mixture. * In a deep wok.

Punjabi Kadhi is a soupy curry with lots of pakoras in it, and is finished off with a karhi patta tadka.

It's like a Pakistani dumpling soup, but of course with a very different flavour profile.

Curry pakora step by step

  1. Roast besan half cup.

  2. Mix 1 cup Dahi and 1 glass water gradually.

  3. In a pot heat 1 tbsp oil add curry patta zeera ginger garlic paste red chilli powder Haldi salt 2 tbSP water bhonify.

  4. Add besan dahi mixture in it.bring it to boil.put the lid on it cook on slow. Flame untill thick consistency.

  5. Now make pakoray add all pakora ingredients and mix it well with water.

  6. Heat oil in a pan fry pakoras,when it turns crispy golden add in curry.

  8. Now heat oil in a pan for bhaggar add all bhagar ingredients.when it turns colour to golden add this bhaggar on curry ready!!.

  9. Serve with roti or rice.

Kadhi pakora, a punjabi style kadhi recipe into which deep fried dumplings made of besan or chickpea flour are added and served along with steamed rice.

Kadhi is ready to serve. kadhi pakora chawal is very popular combo.

Drop ¼ cup-sized balls of pakora batter into the hot oil and fry the pakora a few minutes per side, rotating as needed, until pieces are golden brown and crisp.

With a slotted spoon, transfer the pakoras to a plate or baking sheet lined with paper towels.
