  1. First of all in a pot add 2 tbsp oil and add sliced onion make it golden brown.

  2. Then add 3 tbspn yoghurt,ginger garlic paste,all the spices mix it well then add 1 cup of water and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.

  3. Then add boiled chicpeas cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame.

  4. In a separate pot boil half cooked rice add 2 tspn of salt in it.

  5. Then make layers first add chicpeas gravy in the bottom then add rice then on top layer add seedless chopped diced shape tomatoes, small mango cubes, chopped capsicum, chopped green coriander leaves,and few green chillies.

  6. Put pot on stove cover the lid for 10 to 15 minutes in low flame.

  7. Dish out and serve with frozen seekh kabab (ke&ands)and enjoy.
