Grease rice cooker bowl with melted butter and add cheese cake mixture.

Cake with Rice Cooker step by step

  1. Mixer eggs and sugar until white and thick, slow down the speed. (i used better beater so it takes a while until they become white and thick)..

  2. Add baking powder, flour little by little, mixed them until everything smooth..

  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, margarine and oil, mixed the batter until everything smooth..

  4. Butter the rice cooker pan, i use brush to evenly coat the inside of pan so the cake wont stick after we cook them..

  5. Pour everything into the pan and cook them inside the rice cooker.

  6. After you put into rice cooker, press cook. If it turns to warm, wait for 5 minutes before you press cook again. Repeat until at least 3 times. Open the hatch, use wooden skewers or tooth picks on the cake. If nothing sticks to the skewers or toothpicks then its done. If there's batter sticks on the skewer, cook once more.

  7. Turn the pan and put cake into plate. Cut them and ready to serve. (i try when still hot. Its good. Cool is delicious too. ^^).

  8. If we change the sweet condensed milk into powder milk it become like this.

Once cooked turn the cake out onto a plate, splinkle with powder suger.

I put it in the "cake" mode of my rice cooker.

Cake is finished when a toothpick comes out clean from edges and center of cake.

To remove the cake put flat plate on the top the rice cooker bowl and invert bowl in a smooth motion.

Rice cookers have a preset which automatically switches from cook to warm setting once it thinks the rice is done.
