  4. Add sugar and saffron to the milk and get your perfect evaporated milk ready for this recipe..

  5. Keep your fresh hung yogurt ready. Now take a blender. Add all of the ingredients..

  6. Blend them together very well. Now pour the mixture in your small ramekin bowl s or Kullas..

  7. You can put it in a big bowl too. I have used small earthen bowls here. Make sure they are oven friendly..

  8. Pre-heat your oven for 5 minutes in 350F temp. Now keep them on an ovenproof tray..

  9. Add water to the tray as you will need to cook your Mango yogurt in steam..

  10. Bake Mishti Doi for 30-45 minutes depending on your bowl size. My bowls took 45 minutes,.

  11. Check your yogurt is set or not. Gently tap on the sides. Keep them in a fridge for 4-6 hours..

  12. Serve it chilled. You can decorate it with chopped Pista..
