Minced Mutton Samosa. Mutton Keema Samosa, also known as the Mangsher Singara in Bengali is the most popular evening snack made during Ramadan at Muslims homes as well as in snack corners too. Samosa itself is the most loved street food in India, and when it's Keema Samosa, this famous snack just reaches to another level of deliciousness. Mutton keema is cooked along with onions and spices and os then filled.
You can use minced chicken too.
I love to add fresh green peas when in season.

Ingredients of Minced Mutton Samosa

Prepare 1 kg of mutton minced.

You need 1 of medium size onion sliced.

It’s to taste of Salt.

Prepare of Red chilli powder 1 &1/2 teaspoon.

It’s Handful of coriander leaves.

It’s 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala.

It’s 2 tablespoon of Ginger garlic paste.

Prepare 3 of green chillies.

You need Pinch of dry methi (it enhance the taste).

You need 4 tablespoon of oil.
This is a Tea time snack but can also be served as starter.

How to make mince samoosa filling.
Our meat samosas are similar to Indian Keema Samosa, although we don't add any peas or potato to the minced meat.
Minced Mutton Samosa step by step

Marinate minced mutton with ginger garlic paste and leave it for 15 mins.

Heat the oil in a pan, add onions and let them cook till golden brown.

When onion turns brown add marinated minced to it and let it cook good 10 mins on a high flame.

Now add salt, red chilli, green chillies and let the cook it on a medium flame till the water dries..

Now add pinch of dry methi and coriander..

Cook it for another 5-7 mins and off the flame.

Let it cool down completely..

Then take Samosa patties (store bought or homemade).

Fill it and wrap it in a shape of Samosa…..

Wrap all the patties in a Samosa shape and fry it till golden brown….

Your samosa’s are ready to serve now. Serve it with ketchup, mint Chutney or raw mango chutney..
