Qeema shimla mirch capsicum minced meat Recipe In a deep pan, preheat oil on medium stove, and add onion to fry until it turns it color to light brown.

Qeema shimla mirch step by step

  1. Firstly onion sotte kar lein.ginger garlic fry.then qeema fry.then garam masala add karein.then tomatoes + all spices add kar ke achi trhan bhoon lein.

  2. Capsicum add karein phr yakhni agr yakhni na ho to pani bhi use kar saktein hain.cover it for 30 mnts on low flame.after 30 mnts add yogrt achi trhan se bhonai kar lein.last me green chillies add kar ke dm de dein.mazeedar qeema shimla mirch ready hai.

Add red chilli powder and half cup of water and mix well with spoon until it forms a good coloured texture.

Add mince meat and fry well until water evaporates.

In pot,add oil,onion and fry until translucent,take out little amount of the fried onion and set aside.

Fry remaining onion until golden brown,add ginger garlic paste and mix.

Add red chili powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,tomatoes,mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft.
