The mustard gives it great flavor, but to me the butter is overkill.

I cut the amount of butter down and you were still able to taste it.

Season the steak strips with House Seasoning, then dust with flour.

In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter.

  1. In a medium pot boil noodles..

  2. In a medium pan add olive oil, meat, onions and garlic. Cook till done..

  3. Now add beef stock, worsteshire sauce, red wine and mushrooms. Bring to a boil.

  4. Add sour cream and sprinkle flour on top and whisk making sure no lumps..

  5. Add egg noddles. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add pepper to taste. Top with parsley and green onions..

Remove the steak from the pan.

Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings.

Sauté for a few minutes, until the onion is tender.

Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Add half the meat to the pan and brown it quickly.
